Buffer overflows feel like magic to me. I still remember the first time I came across one, I was completely shocked. how is that even possible? what went wrong? why would someone exploit memory like that? it didn’t make any sense, until I started learning about asm, memory, cpu architecture, and how computers actually work underthehood

and tbh, they still amaze me.

I haven’t been lucky enough to find a real one yet, but playing CTFs gives me that rush of dopamine im chasing xD.
